Domestic Delivery

Zodiac Gaming aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of receiving orders. 

We offer a variety of shipping options through our postal and courier partners, using Royal Mail, Hermes and Parcelforce to deliver your goods. Please note depending on your location within the UK you may be charged a slightly higher rate for delivery that reflects the increased costs incurred from our partners.

Please note the estimated delivery times are estimates only and will vary per courier. Zodiac Gaming cannot be held accountable for delays beyond our control. In the event that you believe your order has been lost, has arrived damaged, or you have other concerns please contact us.

Please note Zodiac Gaming cannot issue a refund or replacement until an investigation with the postal or courier service has been complete, and in some circumstances this may take up to 28 working days from the original point of dispatch.

 

Brexit Update

On the 31/12/20 the UK will leave the European Union. Zodiac Gaming Ltd from that date will be operating under DDU (delivery duty unpaid) Incoterms 2020 for our EU customers using Royal Mail and ParcelForce.

DDU Incoterms payment  (or delivery duty unpaid) mean the receiver/customer will be contacted by customs once their shipment arrives, and will have to settle any charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered to the customer. EU customers will no longer be charged VAT at checkout, but instead may be subject to import VAT upon their goods landing in the destination country.

COVID-19 Update

Following the outbreak of COVID-19 earlier this year there have been an increase in delays for all international shipments, which will vary depending on the courier/postal service used and the end destination.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are available for purchase on our website and are charged at the point of purchase. We always aim to dispatch pre-order items to arrive on the day of release. In the unfortunate event that there are delays from our suppliers which make this improbable, we will look to get these items to you within 3 working days of the official release date. If you are yet to receive your pre-order after this time, just get in contact via email to zodiacgamingltd@outlook.com 

Any orders that include a pre-order item will be dispatched once ALL items in the order are available. Please bear this in mind when placing orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items. If you would like in-stock items delivered sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

 

Restock Pre-Orders

Restock pre-orders are available for purchase on our website and are charged at the point of purchase. Please note restock expected items will typically arrive within the next 2 months, however, in some instances they may take longer. Any orders that contain a Restock Item will not be dispatched until all items in the order are available. Please keep this in mind before you place any orders that contain both in-stock and Restock items. Please place a separate order to receive in-stock item(s) sooner! 

 

Payment

All prices are displayed and charged in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where appropriate. You can use your debit or credit card to make payments to Zodiac Gaming Limited using Sage Pay's secure payment system. PayPal payments are also accepted. For further detailed information regarding payments please visit section 7 of our Terms and Conditions.

Any orders that include a pre-order item will be dispatched once ALL items in the order are available. Please bear this in mind when placing orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items. If you would like in-stock items delivered sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

 

Lost/Delayed/Misrouted orders

 

If an item is reported as not arrived, we reserve the right to open an investigation with our chosen courier service provider before declaring the item lost. We similarly reserve the right to resend the item as opposed to issuing a refund. If an offer is made to resend but declined, we reserve the right to deduct 50% from the value of the refund in order to cover losses in such unusual circumstances. It is also company policy not to entertain future orders from customers placing non-tracked orders and reporting goods missing, until goods are returned to us as undelivered. All packages have return addresses printed on them so will not be entirely lost. In order to avoid this circumstance, it is at the customer’s discretion to use a courier delivery option at a small extra cost 

Please note that an order for multiple goods which includes a Pre-Order or Restock Order product, shall be despatched at the point the Pre-Order or Restock Order product is available for despatch.

 

If something happens which:

  1. is outside of our control; and
  2. affects the estimated date of delivery;
    we will endeavour to let you have a revised estimated date for delivery of the goods.

 

Effects of Cancellation 

if you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you relating to the order, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  1. 14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or
  2. (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
  3. if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement:

if you have received goods you shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired;

    1. you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods; and
    2. you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  1. For the avoidance of doubt, opening of the goods by way of removal of cellophane (or similar casing), or, in the case of a Subscription Order or one off order of a Mystery Box or New Release Box, the opening of the delivery box itself, will be deemed acceptance of the goods and you will lose your right to cancel this contract at that time.
